Carpet Cleaning Process
- Pre-vacuum - as needed to remove surface dirt
- Pre-condition – emulsifies (suspends) the dirt
- CRB Aggitation – works the cleaning solution into the fiber
- Hot water extraction – heated to approx 220-230 degrees
- Spot as needed – we attempt all spots (included in price)
- Grooming – stands the carpet fibers up to faster drying
Stair Cleaning Process
- Pre-vacuum – as needed to remove surface dirt
- Pre-condition – emulsifies (suspends) the dirt
- Power Aggitation – works the cleaning solution into fiber
- Hot water extraction – heated to approx 220-230 degrees
- Extraction by hand – remove excess moisture
- Grooming – stands the carpet fibers up to faster drying
Tile & Grout Cleaning Process
- Pre-spray – looses dirt (we pre-vacuum as needed before)
- Aggitate grout lines by hand – suspends the dirt in the grout
- Power aggitation – scrub entire surface & grout lines
- Hot water jet extraction – 220-240 degree water
- Apply sealant – penetrates grout to protect from staining
- Speed drying – applied after cleaning & after sealing

Frequently Asked Questions
Normal drying time is between 6-8 hours, depending on room temperature, air circulation, and humidity…however, we use air movers as we go to help speed the drying process.
Application of carpet protectant will increase the drying time slightly but because we groom the carpets, the carpet fiber to stand upright which helps the drying process.
Level I-III Pet Odor Decontamination treatments will require the treated areas to remain wet for a longer period of time as the solution processes and is completely normal.
